Terms and conditions: 1. The quotes must be from a local, legitimate, HVAC contractor with an active ROC license. 2. Competitor’s quotes must be within the past 30 days. 3. Chill Doctor reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine whether a quote is for identical or like-for-like products and services. 4. Quotes by competitors are subject to verification by Chill Doctor and do not include rates offered on used or refurbished items, out of stock items, membership programs, financing, corporate discounts or rates, rewards programs, incentive, meeting, conventions, prices obtained via auction or similar process, prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. 5. Once a deposit is accepted, the customer has at that moment accepted the lowest price and cannot present a lower bid in the future.  6. Chill Doctor may modify or discontinue the “Low Price Guarantee” program or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the “Low Price Guarantee” program. The failure by Chill Doctor to enforce any provision of the Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
